Welcome to QR Generator Kit, a Micro software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by aliyztools LTD, a legally registered company.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website/App https://www.qrgeneratorkit.com and all related services, tools, and features provided by QR Generator Kit.
By accessing, registering, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use QR Generator Kit. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Password...) and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services Description
QR Generator Kit provides tools for generating static and dynamic QR codes, including but not limited to URL, Text, Email, Phone, WiFi, Location, Brand and Event QR codes.
Some features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, depending on the need to do so.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave and more.
QR Generator Kit does not store full payment card details on its servers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QR Generator Kit for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Generating QR codes that link to illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Distributing malware, spam, or deceptive content.
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on QR Generator Kit are the property of aliyztools LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
6. User Content & QR Data
You retain ownership of the data and content you generate using QR Generator Kit. However, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You are solely responsible for the content encoded within your QR codes.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of QR Generator Kit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with:
- Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
- UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)
- Applicable United States privacy and data protection laws

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer
QR Generator Kit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the service for any purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aliyztools LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to QR Generator Kit at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK, EU, or United States consumer protection laws where applicable.
